Alaska & Hawaii will have their respective shipping cost calculated upon checkout.
When am I charged for my purchase?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
How long does it take for my item to ship to my house?
All of our hot tubs have different estimated delivery dates. On each product page under the product title, there is an estimated delivery date. We want to emphasize that this is an estimate, lead times and delivery dates can change at any time and we are not responsible for those delays and will not process refunds or canceled orders based on lead time and deliverey date changes.
The total time of shipping depending on your location will be between 7-14 days.
For customized products, it may take longer depending on the extent of the customizations done.
Will I receive a tracking number? How do I use that tracking number to see where my product is?
Yes! You will absolutely receive a tracking number every time. We use only the best shipping carriers to ship your products. Fed Ex, United States Postal Service, and UPS are some of our main shipping carriers. Once you have received your tracking number visit any of the respected shipping carrier’s website and input your tracking number into their tracking database. This will pull up your order and give you step by step information on where your product is daily.

Here at Paradise Water Spas we want you to feel at home and to feel free to give us a ring during our business hours or email us at email@example.com whenever you need. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible with an answer to any questions or concerns you may have.
How does the shipping process work?
Once your order has been shipped you will be able to track your shipment with a tracking number. A few days before the actual shipment arrives, our shipping company (shipping company varies depending on manufacturer) will contact you regarding a pickup time. Once you have agreed on a shipment date and time, you must be present for the drop-off. During the drop off you are to inspect the shipment and sign off on it. Once you sign off on it any damages or mistakes are no longer the shipping company's or Paradise Water Spas responsibility.
Returns & Order Cancelations
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
We will not accept any retunrs or order cancelations based on lead time or delivery estimated dates. Please make sure that you are okay with this before you purchase your hot tub!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds / Cancelations (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be subject to a 15% fee as well as you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item if shipping is required. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will provide all necessary arrangements for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the product arrives at your curbside, it is imperative that you give the package a thorough check to make sure there are no damages to your product. Once you have signed for the package the package no longer under our liability and any damages you claim thereafter is your responsibility.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We hold no liability for warranty claims. If you have any issues with your product that falls under the warranty please contact the manufacturer of your product directly.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
